At the Beginning of a New Year ── Towards the Next 25 Years

Happy New Year!

We sincerely thank you for your tremendous interest and warm support for M's System throughout the past year.

Thanks to you, we were able to reach a major milestone last year: our 25th anniversary.

Looking back on this quarter-century, the path has certainly not been smooth,

but what has constantly supported us has been the presence of people like you who listen to sound and empathize with our philosophy.

Once again, we express our heartfelt gratitude.

For 25 years, what we have consistently treasured is

the philosophy that "sound is not something to be heard, but something to be felt in space."

A "way of being of sound" that cannot be fully expressed through numbers or specifications alone,

encompassing the quality of air, comfort, and effects on mind and body.

Believing in this possibility, we have continued to engage with sound through handcrafted methods.

And now, having completed our 25th anniversary,

we are once again looking ahead to the next 25 years.

In the coming era, we feel that sound will play an increasingly important role

not merely as entertainment or staging, but as an environmental element that enhances the quality of life.

In particular, what many people have been showing interest in recently

are the foundational times of life: "rest," "recovery," and "sleep."

Being able to breathe deeply in quiet spaces.

Allowing mind and body to relax without exposure to unnecessary stimulation.

The role that sound can play in creating such environments is by no means small.

Rather than making sound,

from the perspective of organizing space through sound,

we will engage even more deeply with the themes of "sound and sleep" and "sound and recovery."

This is certainly not sound for special people only.

In daily life, sound that unconsciously supports mind and body,

making you feel "in good condition" without realizing it.

We want to continue exploring such a way of being of sound that blends into life.

Being handcrafted rather than mass-produced.

Accompanying spaces without strong assertion.

This attitude will remain unchanged for the next 25 years.

At the beginning of this new year,

we renew our determination once again.

Believing in the power of sound, believing in human senses,

we will continue sincere craftsmanship as an entity that enhances the quality of life and spaces.
